Just like meatloaf

Think of the best meatloaf you have ever had. Think of that great greasy (or lean) beef being slapped onto a hot sizzling pan, the juicy pinkness  turning a light brown, slowly becoming a more rubbery texture than the mush it was before. Sounds kinda good right? So does brains for dinner according to a zombie.
